Digital scan, local pickup, or UPS — whichever works for your practice. Every case is handled by the owner the moment it arrives.
1. Send a digital scan
Pair your intraoral scanner with our lab and cases route to us automatically. We accept all major scanners:
- Align iTero (Element, Lumina) — add Northwest Dental Studio to your iTero connections.
- 3Shape Trios — connect via Trios Communicate. Lab name: Northwest Dental Studio.
- Dentsply Sirona Primescan & CEREC — send via Sirona Connect.
- Medit (i500, i600, i700) — send via Medit Link.
- Carestream CS 3700 / 3800 — STL export, email or portal.
- Planmeca Emerald — STL export.

2. Schedule a local pickup
Free pickup and delivery for dental practices across the Chicago Northwest suburbs. Same-day pickup available if you call before noon.
We serve: Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Des Plaines, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Park Ridge, Buffalo Grove, Wheeling, Elk Grove Village, Hoffman Estates, Prospect Heights, Glenview, and Northbrook.

Include a completed RX form and your contact info. We cover return shipping on standing accounts.
What to include with every case
- Digital scan or PVS impression of the prep arch
- Opposing arch and bite registration
- Shade — VITA tab plus an intraoral photo for anteriors
- RX form with patient name, tooth number, materials, and seat date
- Any prep, occlusion, or patient notes you want us to consider

First-time case? We’ll personally walk through any questions about scan quality, materials, or turnaround so the case goes smoothly the first time.

Which intraoral scanners do you accept cases from?
We accept STL files and direct exports from iTero, Trios, Primescan, CEREC, Medit, Carestream, and Planmeca. Tell us your scanner and we’ll set up the connection.
Is local pickup free?
Yes. Free local pickup and delivery across Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Des Plaines, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Park Ridge, and the surrounding Chicago Northwest suburbs.
What if I’m outside your pickup area?
Ship via UPS. We’ll cover return shipping on standing accounts.
