## How we handle every case Every restoration we send out follows the same path — and the same hands do every step: 1. **Case in.** Pickup from your office or via UPS. Digital scans accepted from any major scanner. 2. **Design review.** The owner reviews the prep, occlusion, and shade information. If we have questions, we call before we cut. 3. **Fabrication.** CAD design, in-house milling or printing, layered or stained as the case requires. 4. **QC.** Every restoration is checked on the model, on the articulator, and against the prescription before it ships. 5. **Delivery.** Back to your office on schedule, with case notes so your assistant knows what to expect at try-in. ## What practices ask us most

What kind of dental lab is Northwest Dental Studio?

An owner-operated fixed and removable prosthetics dental laboratory in Mount Prospect, IL. Every case is designed, fabricated, finished, and quality-checked in-house by the owner. No outsourcing.

How fast can you turn a case around?

Standard in-lab time is 7 to 10 working days for most fixed cases. Full dentures and complex multi-unit cases may take longer. Rush turnaround is available — just tell us the seat date.

Do you accept digital scans?

Yes. We accept STL files and direct exports from iTero, Trios, Primescan, Medit, and CEREC.

What if a case doesn’t fit?

We remake it. No invoice games, no excuses — we’d rather make it right than argue.

Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes. Free local pickup and delivery for dentists across Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Des Plaines, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, Park Ridge, and the surrounding Chicago Northwest suburbs.
